About the event
This special event is held in loving memory of Jack Johnson, who we lost at the age of 32 to Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS). Jacks Journey was created to honor Jack’s life and raise awareness and support for those living with EDS and related connective tissue disorders.
Your support will help us fund vital initiatives, including education and community support for families navigating EDS. With your participation, we can make a meaningful difference in Jack’s name.
