First annual fundraising golf tournament held in loving memory of Jack Johnson, who we lost at the age of 32 to Vascular Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (vEDS). Funds raised will help to support vital initiatives, including education and community support for families navigating vEDS.

About the event

This special event is held in loving memory of Jack Johnson, who we lost at the age of 32 to Vascular Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (vEDS). Jacks Journey was created to honor Jack’s life and raise awareness and support for those living with vEDS and related connective tissue disorders. 

 

Your support will help us fund vital initiatives, including education and community support for families navigating vEDS. With your participation, we can make a meaningful difference in Jack’s name.

  • Golf Team Registration

    Registration includes: - Green Fees - Power Carts - Dinner (After the round) - Swag Package (One item per team member, scorecard, other fun items) Only one team member per team must register.

  • VIRTUAL Golf Team Registration

    Can’t join us in person on July 28 at Avon Valley Golf Course? You can still take part with our Virtual Team option. Each virtual team will receive one swag package mailed to a single address, which includes: - Four pieces of event swag (one for each team member) - A team scorecard - Additional fun items Please note that this option does not include green fees or meals, and teams are responsible for arranging their own tee times and course.
